IntePros is seeking a CLM Business Systems Analyst to join our global pharmaceutical services client. This person will join our client's Enterprise CLM Solutions team and focus on the Run State Maintenance. This is a key role supporting the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners to identify and analyze business problems and translate them into system requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct interviews and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs and priorities.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and contribute to business case development for new projects and major system enhancements.
- Manage work plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality functional specifications.
- Develop solution proposals that align with business needs and system capabilities.
- Prepare or oversee user requirements documentation and system support materials.
- Participate in peer reviews and requirements inspections to ensure quality and alignment.
- Support post-implementation testing and analysis to validate solutions meet business expectations.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and end-user support documentation for new or enhanced applications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of project management principles and the Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and supporting technologies.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Syntex for documenting and communicating requirements.
- Strong customer service mindset and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working within Agile development frameworks and tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management processes and systems.
