IntePros is seeking a CLM Business Systems Analyst to join our global pharmaceutical services client. This person will join our client's Enterprise CLM Solutions team and focus on the Run State Maintenance. This is a key role supporting the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with business owners to identify and analyze business problems and translate them into system requirements and functional specifications.
2. Conduct interviews and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs and priorities.
3. Perform cost-benefit analysis and contribute to business case development for new projects and major system enhancements.
4. Manage work plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality functional specifications.
5. Develop solution proposals that align with business needs and system capabilities.
6. Prepare or oversee user requirements documentation and system support materials.
7. Participate in peer reviews and requirements inspections to ensure quality and alignment.
8. Support post-implementation testing and analysis to validate solutions meet business expectations.
9. Assist in the creation of training materials and end-user support documentation for new or enhanced applications.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
