Samaritans Purse is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst to join our team Remotely. You will help improve our enterprise finance systems daily! As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work with internal departments and end-users to understand systems and develop solutions to enhance business processes using various technologies. You will also lead or participate in requirements sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed, system-agnostic business requirements. Bring your enterprise finance systems knowledge to support a mission-critical team and help advance the Gospel.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
• Work with end-users to understand PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials Supply Chain Management and develop solutions to optimize their business processes.
• Participate in requirements definition sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
• Document current business processes and design future processes, understanding finance functional workflows across the organization.
• Train end-users domestically and internationally on existing and new finance systems and processes.
• Support review, planning, testing, and implementation of financial system upgrades or edits.
• Use various tools and sources to elicit requirements, including interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, and workflow analysis.
• Provide effort estimates, document functional specifications, and ensure all business data and rules are included.
• Participate in team building, data analysis, and prepare training materials.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments, including international teams, for needs assessment and technology solutions.
• Identify business scenarios and coordinate the implementation of new enterprise applications globally.
• Initialize test cases with traceability to requirements.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-10 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Have thorough knowledge of enterprise finance and ERP systems like PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials Supply Chain Management, Oracle Financials, or related systems.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of testing enterprise finance systems.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Complete 12 college credit hours of Biblical Studies (opportunity to meet and complete upon hire).
