Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives across the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

Summary:

• Client Agency: Defense Logistics Agency
• Act as an expert in specific business processes, responsible for defining system scope and objectives aligned with the organization's business plan and industry standards within the Oracle EBS 12.x framework.
• Participate in project teams, providing technical guidance on the business implications of system applications.
• Perform fit-gap analyses to assess how proposed solutions meet business needs within the current EBS R12.x framework and during planning for potential cloud migration.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, workflow diagrams, process maps, and use cases suitable for development, configuration, and testing teams.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and IT professionals.

Requirements:

• Must have an ACTIVE Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent recognized project management certification.
• Must be eligible for U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance, including U.S. Citizenship, a clean criminal record, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• Must have 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar ERP-focused role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Oracle Expertise: Demonstrated deep expertise and hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) version 12.x.
• Process/Tool Familiarity: Experience with or knowledge of Product Support Management (PSM), Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), ARIS system engineering tool, and SAP ERP products.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
