Job summary

G-TECH Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support infrastructure technology projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams in Pontiac, MI.

The role is a contract long term with hybrid work—minimum 2 days onsite per week. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing and training, and delivering effective technology solutions with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business/System Analyst experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365/M365 experience.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and customer-service mindset.
