The BSA II serves as a frontline support resource for our clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and resolving customer inquiries. You will analyze and resolve support tickets and participate in analyzing requirements and implementing new features for our loan servicing software, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or 4 years of relevant experience.
This position can be hybrid near Houston, TX, or remote in specified states with travel up to 5%. Specific work authorization restrictions apply.
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours and occasional after-hours or weekend work. Travel may be required up to 5%.
