CFS Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. This position requires physical presence at our office in North Little Rock; AR. Remote work options are not available for this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate current systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable technology solutions.
  • Serve as a systems administrator and internal consultant for core business platforms, ensuring they are secure, well-maintained, and effectively used.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Support data migration, data integrity, and system hygiene efforts across business applications.
  • Facilitate communication and project coordination between internal teams and external vendors or technology partners.
  • Design and document workflows, standard operating procedures, and training materials to drive adoption and operational consistency.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives involving automation, data integration (ETL, EDI, API), and business intelligence.
  • Monitor and maintain middleware and integration platforms to ensure reliable and secure data flow between systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, or application support role within a business or IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions such as finance, operations, and supply chain management.
  • Experience with reporting tools and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Velixo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data integration and middleware platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable tools).
  • Working knowledge of data imports/exports, SQL, and API-based integration concepts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or administering ERP or core business applications.
  • Background in managing third-party vendors and software partners.
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms and SaaS tools.
  • Understanding of EDI standards (e.g., X12) and use in B2B transactions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • The work performed is conducted in a climate-controlled facility.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
