Overview
We are seeking to fill the role of Business Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners, and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze system usage and provide management with recommendations for best practices.
2. Assist operations with implementation of new enhancements to the core servicing system.
3. Maintain security templates for the core servicing system, including periodic reviews.
4. Provide escalated technical support to the user base of the servicing system.
5. Develop business requirements for scripting automation.
6. Research enhancement packages for the core servicing system to determine which best meet company needs.
7. Troubleshoot and correct systems issues as needed.
8. Assist with product evaluations and new products/technologies.
9. Provide liaison support with vendors and the business as needed.
10. Communicate upgrades, downtime, and issues to the users.
11. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and the ability to organize and motivate others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and research and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical work experience within the mortgage servicing or mortgage banking industry preferred.
• Experience in Black Knight MSP servicing system or other mortgage software preferred.
