Job Description:

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote in the US - EST Hours

Compensation: Up to $58/hr W2, paid hourly

Estimated Duration: 6-18 month contract; potential for FTE, not guaranteed

Team:

Enterprise Architecture Governance team facilitates architecture review of all technology in the Bank including proposed solutions, changes or new additions.

Summary:

Support the enterprise architecture forum and review groups to run meetings, review deliverables, verify process pre-requisites, document meeting outcomes, schedule application reviews, help in data capture and analysis for tracking purposes.

Requirements:

• Background as a Business System Analyst - understanding processes, analyzing processes & documentation, workflow diagrams, strong writing skills, meeting facilitation, effective communication, documentation creation.
• Technical acumen – recognizing and understanding various technical terms and processes.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and core principles of the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in an enterprise environment interacting with multiple organizational groups.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, governance, risk, and controls.
• Excellent communication skills.
