Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $58.00/hr

A client of Insight Global is searching for a Lead Business Systems Analyst who will coordinate and oversee the work of other three other Business Analysts as it relates to a specific project. The Lead BA must be able to work on and oversee complex projects that are traced through inter-related systems and involve stakeholders across different departments to reach a final solution. The BA will also build relationships with stakeholders, become an expert in the business domain and system, mentor junior business analysts, and assist stakeholders in diagnosing problems and understanding needs. The ideal candidate will be flexible, articulate, and will work closely with the Quality Assurance team.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically supporting software development teams
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Able work on-site in Annapolis, MD 5 days a week

Plusses (but not required):

• Knowledge of manual QA testing
