Job Description

As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and assessing the current state business process and identifying gaps.

You will research, gather, and synthesize information while being expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.

**This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days/week onsite.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3 years of work experience

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation - DSR handling (includes webforms , workflows , rules and templates)

+ HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Custom integrations Apache FreeMarker experience in developing/maintaining existing code

+ OneTrust Certified Privacy Management Professional

+ Strong analytical and communication skills, Business analysis skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
