The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) works within the DevOps organization to ensure that business needs are accurately captured, translated, and delivered as effective software solutions. The BSA partners directly with business‑unit SMEs across one of the following functional groups:

The BSA collaborates daily with software engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements, design application functionality, and oversee development through structured project‑management tools and methodologies. They apply strong knowledge of standard business practices, ensuring that software solutions align with operational workflows, compliance needs, and enterprise strategy.
