HALTER CNC Robotics in Fillmore, Iowa, seeks a dependable Business Support Specialist to handle marketing tasks, data entry, shipping coordination and general office duties.

The role offers hands-on variety, supporting sales with quotes and orders, preparing presentations, maintaining records, coordinating tradeshow activities, and answering customer inquiries. Occasional travel is minimal; in-office work in Iowa is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist with marketing projects, promotional materials and other marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain customer information, sales records/maps, and related documentation. Experience with a CRM is helpful but not required.
• Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, follow-ups, trip planning and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with preparing presentations, product information, and customer communications as needed.
• Answer initial customer inquiries through email or phone.
• Will handle most aspects of tradeshow planning and preparation. Little to no travel is required.
