This is more than an office position. You will play a central role in caregiver recruiting, scheduling, client communication, lead follow-up, sales support, and business growth.

The underlying role is designed to support all aspects of Happier at Home's operations, including caregiver and client acquisition, scheduling, intake, marketing, and lead generation.

After the first 90 days, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule if desired and if performance expectations are being met.
The position also includes rotating evening and weekend phone coverage only.
Starting pay: $20/hour
Employees will have the opportunity to earn quarterly pay increases when established performance goals are achieved.
The current KRA already includes measurable expectations around caregiver recruiting, rapid lead response, assessment bookings, and ongoing lead follow-up.
