Leeds, AL This position is for a caregiver position with Happier at Home which is the company providing services to the couple at this address.

Compensation: $20/hr.
Schedule Options: Consistent part‑time hours 2 to 4 hours in the morning and 2 to 4 hours in the evenings Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Preferred Availability: Days listed above.

What You’ll Do

You will provide high‑quality, dignified support tailored to this couple's care plan, including:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support).
• Meaningful companionship and engagement.
• Meal preparation and nutritional support.
• Light housekeeping directly related to client care.
• Transportation to appointments or errands (as needed).
• Accurate documentation and proactive communication with the care team.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.

This is non‑medical private duty care. No skilled nursing or clinical procedures are required unless separately licensed and authorized. One of the clients may need assistance with her nephrostomy tubes.

• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and care notes.Ability to assist with mobility and remain active during shifts.
• Clear background screening.

Dementia or memory care experience is strongly valued.
