Job summary

Diageo North America is seeking a Transformation Leader to partner with domain executives and manage the NA transformation program. You will connect initiatives, track KPIs, and measure outcomes while aligning with global and NA objectives.

You will design end-to-end GBS architectures, lead cross-functional solution architecture, and drive standardization, automation, and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• BPMS (Business process management systems).
• Systems thinking demonstrated in transformation programs.
• L6S certification.
• Planning, design and execution of large transformation programs in CPG.
• Change management and program execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Power BI experience.

• Facilitate structured discovery sessions and capture NAM/GBS requirements.

• Lead solution architecture across business, technology and operations.
• Define scope, blueprints, processes, controls, operating model and governance.
• Support business case development including cost structures and investments.
• Use data and analytics to drive decisions, measure value, and provide dashboards.

Job description

• Partner with business domain leaders within Diageo North America to understand strategic objectives, opportunities, competitive positioning, and cost/growth targets
• Report and manage the overall North America transformation agenda, connecting initiatives across functions and tracking KPIs, business outcomes, timelines, and progress
• Evaluate and effect Diageo Global Business Services participation in the North America transformation agenda
• Facilitate structured discovery sessions and capture NAM and GBS requirements throughout the solutions development lifecycle
• Translate business strategy and requirements into value propositions and initiative roadmaps
• Design end-to-end GBS process, policy, and organization architectures
• Lead solution architecture across business architecture, technology architecture, and operational capabilities
• Define solution/service scope, client experience blueprints, processes and controls, technology architecture, operating model, governance, service lifecycle, SLA/OLA frameworks, compliance, delivery model, and business case
• Support business case development, including cost structures and investment requirements
• Use data and analytics to drive transformation decisions, measure value realization, and provide executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business performance reporting
• Identify emerging industry and technology trends and their potential impact on GBS transformation
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across processes
