Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Program/Strategy Leader to direct governance, operating models, and people/process strategy for SCCS-funded programs in the United States. You will coordinate prioritization across portfolios, drive execution through governance forums, and deliver executive updates.

You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and lead complex strategic initiatives, establishing milestones, metrics, and outcomes that drive enterprise-wide alignment and transformational

Qualifications

• Proven written and oral presentation skills, including synthesizing information for Senior Executives
• Proven executive presence and ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels
• Good judgment and ability to elevate issues and manage expectations
• Program and/or strategic initiative leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, establish priorities independently, and drive results with limited direction
• Ability to build partnerships and influence across a highly matrixed organization
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, planning, and program management skills
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, operating model, and people/process strategy for core SCCS-funded programs
• Coordinate strategic initiative prioritization across business initiative portfolios
• Drive program execution through stakeholder alignment, governance forums, and status reporting
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic updates
• Lead technology-related program activities, including project updates, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Monitor program and project health and identify risks, issues, and opportunities
• Deliver regular stakeholder reporting and insights
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and enterprise-wide alignment
• Lead complex strategic initiatives and transformation efforts
• Define objectives, execution plans, milestones, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes
• Identify opportunities, define approaches, remove obstacles, and advance work autonomously
• Develop strategic recommendations and executive-level business cases
• Engage senior leaders and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and support strategic decisions
• Mentor and support Customer Segment Consultant I team members
• Guide strategic direction for enterprise-wide initiatives
• Drive innovation and lead change initiatives
