Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our Crowe Consulting Data and Analytics team as a Business Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning client business strategies with the Crowe data and analytics solutions. You will manage the delivery of current offerings, understand client’s strategic value drivers, and identify metrics and analytics that provide valuable business insights to help achieve their objectives. This role involves leading client data management (people, process, technology), engaging with client leadership, executing complex data projects, communicating with stakeholders, and leading change within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business drivers, strategy, and objectives to support their goals.
2. Gather and document business requirements for data initiatives.
3. Analyze source systems to assess if current data sets support client goals, and recommend improvements where needed.
4. Analyze data sets to derive insights that inform business decisions.
5. Develop and maintain strong internal relationships, providing thought leadership.
6. Work with internal teams to design and deliver analytics that offer actionable insights.
7. Track team assignments and ensure project goals are met.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing leadership and communication throughout projects.
9. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Crowe solutions based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ Years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ Years of Consulting experience.
• 5+ Years in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
• Industry-specific experience is a plus.

Additional Information: We uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. Compensation ranges from $87,200 to $179,500 annually, based on experience and other factors.
