We seek aAI Business Strategist Senior-Levelwho shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, transformation, or product management roles, ideally in a digital or AI context.

• Demonstrated experience in AI or data-driven solution consulting, with an ability to assess both business impact and feasibility.

• Deep understanding of Business Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK), and their application to AI transformation

• Strong grasp of Product Management practices, including lean/agile, discovery, and product lifecycle management.

• Experience with Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and training skills with a proven ability to upskill business teams.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $160,000 - $175,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
