Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Business Sourcer in San Francisco to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for G&A functions. You will build high-quality pipelines, map talent, and engage passive candidates to fuel growth in a fast-moving autonomous vehicle and software environment.

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and craft proactive sourcing strategies that adapt to market changes and company needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years in sourcing at a software company.
• Agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or related fields preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.
• Encouraged to apply even if not all qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and efforts across G&A.
• Build and manage pipelines for G&A roles across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, legal, and more.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand what 'great' looks like for each role.
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market research to refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves.

• Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
• Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees
• Has strong organizational skills
