iCapital is seeking a Business Solutions Consultant II - Associate to lead requirements gathering and analysis, driving the development team's understanding of client needs through the full SDLC.

The role focuses on life/annuity products, collaborating with product and testing teams, and delivering unambiguous specifications to support software releases. Office-based with some remote flexibility, locations include Des Moines, IA; Colorado Springs, CO; and Salt Lake City, UT.

Competenze

• 3+ years in financial services or insurance industry.
• 2+ years gathering and writing business and technical requirements in an SDLC environment for life or annuity products.
• Knowledge of Life or Annuity products and insurance products.

Mansioni

• Refine documentation for clarity and consistency for development and testing teams.
• Analyze customer requests to assess system impacts and discuss benefits and tradeoffs.
• Gather data from multiple sources to develop solutions to business challenges.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make informed tradeoff decisions.
• Identify and analyze problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Elicit customer requirements through reviews, workflow analysis, and walkthroughs.
• Develop clear, concise specifications with appropriate detail.
