The Business Services Coordinator provides administrative supportfor all departments within Research and Innovation.
This Business Services Coordinator position reports to the AdvancedBusiness Services Coordinator in Research and Innovation and willcomplete all administrative and fiscal functions as directed by theAdvanced Business Services Coordinator within Research andInnovation.
This work includes budget management, processing financialtransactions, reconciliation of financial data, purchasing, travelprocessing, cash receipting, hiring students and processing payrollactions along with other assigned duties as needed. This positionworks closely with the Business Officer in Academic AffairsResource Administration along with Business Affairs to make sureall policies and procedures are followed while timelines anddeadlines are met.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relateddiscipline; or an equivalent combination of training andexperience. All degrees must be received from appropriatelyaccredited institutions.
