Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement donor-funded college success and coaching programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead events and activities for scholars (webinars, workshops, travel).
  • Manage scholarship programming and budgets; ensure data collection and reporting.
  • Develop partnerships with TCUs and Native-serving organizations to support persistence and completion.
  • Coordinate monthly updates and end-of-year impact reporting.
