Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Business Continuity Lead in Pittsburgh to strengthen resiliency, drive risk mitigation, and ensure rapid recovery from outages. You will lead cross-functional efforts, coordinate with IT and vendors, and report on program progress and risk metrics.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5 years of related experience, CBCP/CEM preferred, and involves on-call responsibilities to protect critical operations in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Business Continuity Management process aligned to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and update BIAs and BC Plans with cross-functional teams.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate BC exercises with Disaster Recovery and IT.
• Serve as on-call contact for disruptions, coordinating rapid response.
• Collaborate with Third-Party Risk Management to address vendor continuity risks.
• Develop leadership reports highlighting updates, trends and metrics.
• Collaborate on contingency planning for potential disruptions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Act as risk managers within the risk management program.
