Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners
• Balance client needs with risk and firm interests
• Ability to own problems and follow through
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsabilités

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to recommend profitable solutions
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate primary banking relationships
• Identify client goals and connect them with specialists across lines of business to meet needs
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements
