Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products; industry variances.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priority management.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1–$5M revenue and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Identify and promote solutions aligning with client needs and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations.
• Develop relationships to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across Chase lines to meet client goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
