Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in our Business Banking division to help clients grow their businesses through financial solutions and education. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients, focusing on client experience and risk management.

Responsibilities include acquiring 70-90 clients with $1–$5M revenue, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with colleagues across lines of business to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and core products.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and retain 70-90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue and credit opportunities up to $500K.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients to meet financial needs.
• Identify and promote solutions balancing client goals with portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person visits with prospects, COIs and clients at their business locations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to connect clients with specialists across lines of business.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and ensuring adherence to risk management protocols.
