Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients. You will provide financial advice, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000 while focusing on client experience and risk management.

You'll conduct in-person calls with clients and COIs, collaborate with partners across lines of business, and protect the firm by adhering to regulatory requirements in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in BRM or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and banking products.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal partners.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients.
• Provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized banking solutions to meet client needs.
• Engage in in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business.
• Develop long-term relationships and cross-sell with partners.
