Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in the Business Banking division to help clients grow and manage risk with tailored financial solutions. You will manage a portfolio of business clients, delivering advisory services and coordinating with partners across lines of business to support cash management, deposits and credit opportunities.

This role emphasizes in-person relationship building, strong communication, and disciplined risk management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending
• General knowledge of business credit and core business products/services
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed
• Proven ability to prioritise and own client issues to completion
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of business clients with revenue benchmarks and provide cash management and credit solutions
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and a superior client experience
• Identify opportunities and promote solutions to support client profitability and growth
• Conduct regular in-person calls with clients, COIs, and prospects to strengthen relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements
