Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products with understanding of industry needs.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding Chase experience by offering tailored business banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to suggest optimal client solutions.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships through a structured process.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to grow primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals and manage risk.
