Job summary

Rippling is seeking a highly motivated Contract Business Recruiter to join the growing talent acquisition team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent for Customer Experience, Operations and G&A.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop pipelines, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and set interview processes with hiring managers. The role requires at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting, startup experience, and a proven track record of high-volume hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience (G&A, Customer Experience, Operations, GTM, etc.).
• Startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of hitting high-volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem).

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Business Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing Customer Experience, Operations and G&A organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will do

What you will need

• A minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (G&A, Customer Experience, Operations, GTM, etc.)


• Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• A track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions


• Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)

Compensation

The pay range for this role is: $50-$70 per hour, 40 hours per week.
