TVG-Medulla’s Operational Excellence division is seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to provide technical, analytical, and change management support for process improvement initiatives. This role is suited for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. It requires experience in analyzing data to craft meaningful and actionable recommendations for improvement. The role will be responsible for operationalizing these recommendations by creating change management content and ensuring successful implementation and adoption at individual clinic sites through training, hyper care, and integration into the core business model. The candidate will synthesize KPI data to establish benchmarks and analyze progress and trends to justify or validate ROI on operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish metrics to measure change management success, track engagement, gather feedback, and continuously improve communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  2. Implement change management strategies tailored to multi-site healthcare projects, ensuring organizational adoption.
  3. Lead the creation and execution of training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions, video modules, and instructional materials, to support end-user adoption and organizational readiness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives across departments.
  5. Track and analyze change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and improve strategies to meet business objectives.
  6. Analyze data to drive decisions and create demand/capacity models.
  7. Balance short-term and long-term tradeoffs effectively.
  8. Improve clinic-site adoption of existing processes and assess current state to identify operational resiliency and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting transformational efforts resulting in ongoing process improvements.
  • Strong project management, process redesign, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of business process mapping and its application to solving complex problems.
  • Intermediate skills in spreadsheet and data management tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
  • Preferences include Black Belt or Six Sigma certifications.

Salary Range:

  • $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually.
