Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Business Process Engineer to collaborate with the Government to assess current operations and business processes through examination of the organization’s mission, strategic goals, and customer needs. In this role, the individual will analyze activities beginning at the strategic level and progressing through the stakeholder organization to ensure alignment with operational objectives. The position involves facilitating Business Process Reengineering efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness across organizational functions. The individual will engage stakeholder organizations to fully define processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations. This role supports informed decision‑making by ensuring business processes are clearly documented and aligned with mission outcomes. Requirements:
