Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking a process engineering professional to transform loosely defined processes into clear, actionable workflows. The role requires strong interviewing and cross‑functional facilitation to drive consensus and decision making.

The ideal candidate will document roles and governance, create Visio process maps and swimlanes, and operate where the operating model is still evolving. Experience in both business and technology contexts is a plus.

Job description

• Strong experience in business process engineering, process design, workflow design, or operating model implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous or loosely defined processes and turn them into structured, understandable workflows.
• Strong interviewing and facilitation skills — able to ask questions that uncover what is really happening versus simply documenting what someone says.
• Ability to facilitate conversations across multiple stakeholder groups and drive toward clear decisions.
• Advanced experience building Visio process maps, swimlanes, workflows, and decision diagrams.
• Strong ability to document roles, decision rights, ownership, handoffs, and governance.
• Comfortable working in an environment where the operating model is still being developed and processes will evolve.
• Able to move between high-level end-to-end process thinking and detailed workflow documentation.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working across both business and technology organizations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting a Product Operating Model, Agile/product transformation, portfolio management, or enterprise operating model.
• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Product Manager, Product Owner, Technology Lead, Agile/Scrum, Portfolio Management, and governance roles.
• Experience developing operating procedures, playbooks, governance models, RACIs, and decision frameworks.
