  • Research and verify regulatory and organizational procedures are correctly reflected in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); attend working groups and draft SOP portions.
  • Review official SGS Action Officer (AO) training slides for grammar and formatting; construct Executive Level Writing training materials and deliver oral presentations at SGS AO Training events.
  • Maintain and modify the SGS website/SharePoint page; prepare and conduct editorial support for the Chief of Staff's Office.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, correspondence editing, or business process documentation in a DoD or federal environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process-improvement documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Management, Public Administration, Information Science, English, Communications, or Journalism (preferred).
