Greenheck Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst I–III to identify and manage system projects across the business unit. You will work with unit managers to define requirements, translate them into system specs, and drive improvements from concept through completion.

You will collaborate with Corporate IT, support training, and mentor junior staff while focusing on order-to-cash processes, ERP, WMS, and TMS data flows. This role emphasizes lean principles and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and training preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple system-related projects from concept to completion.
• Define bottlenecks and standardize processes to eliminate human error.
• Partner with IT teams to define system requirements and drive change management.
