GovCloud Fulfillment Analyst (FULLY REMOTE)

This role involves managing the full fulfillment lifecycle for government customers, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of services. You will analyze orders, validate configurations, and coordinate with engineering to set up environments. The position requires collaboration across teams to improve workflows and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full fulfillment lifecycle from sales order to delivery.
2. Analyze and validate public sector orders, coordinate environment setup.
3. Improve operational workflows for speed, accuracy, and compliance.
4. Handle escalations and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
5. Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements.
6. Support automation and new offerings with business and product teams.

Qualifications

• US citizen residing in the US with ability to obtain IL5 clearance.
• 4–6 years in operations, fulfillment, or business process analysis.
• Proven experience in owning and improving critical processes.
• Customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems.
• Background in public sector SaaS environments.
