Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
UiPath is seeking a visionary and technically fluent Enterprise Architect - Agentic AI to help lead the next evolution of our go-to-market strategy for artificial intelligence. This strategic role sits at the intersection of customers, product, and field teams – combining external influence with internal enablement to drive our leadership in the Agentic AI era.
You will engage with executive-level customers exploring transformational Agentic AI use cases, ensure our Sales Engineering organization is enabled to confidently lead in the rapidly shifting AI landscape, and partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine roadmap strategy and positioning. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that will shape how UiPath shows up in Agentic AI conversations globally.
What You Will Do
- Customer Engagement & Executive Strategy
- Represent UiPath’s AI strategy in high-stakes customer conversations – particularly with AI-forward executives and technical stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them connect emerging AI capabilities to business value through UiPath’s platform.
- Provide complex architecture recommendations through a combination of UiPath, AI, and 3rd party software ecosystems.
- Lead or support strategic deal cycles where GenAI and agent-based capabilities are central to the solution.
GTM Strategy & Differentiation
- Own and continuously evolve UiPath’s AI go-to-market narrative, with a sharp focus on positioning our agentic platform in a fast-moving AI landscape.
- Define how UiPath uniquely competes in the rapidly converging world of copilots, AI agents, and orchestration layers, helping customers understand where we fit – and where we lead.
- Translate complex AI strategies into practical, compelling messaging that answer real customer questions: Why UiPath? Why now?
- Create repeatable assets (reference architecture, demo frameworks, objection handling guides, etc.) and collaborate with SE leadership to ensure consistent, credible execution across the field.
Sales Engineering Enablement
- Design and lead enablement initiatives that elevate AI fluency across the Sales Engineering team.
- Act as a force multiplier by building frameworks and toolkits that make SEs self-sufficient in AI discovery, positioning, and delivery.
- Drive hands-on enablement sessions, workshops, and technical evangelism efforts to scale knowledge across industries and geographies.
Product Feedback & Internal Advocacy
- Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing to provide structured, field-informed feedback on roadmap, usability, and feature gaps.
- Participate in internal product evaluations, betas, and pilots to help validate direction and identify go-to-market considerations.
- Build trusted relationships across the Product org to advocate for capabilities that unlock AI-driven outcomes for our customers.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 10+ years in sales engineering, architecture, product strategy, or a similar role in enterprise software.
- Proven success engaging with C-level executives and technical leaders on AI/ML-driven transformation initiatives.
- Deep familiarity with Agents and LLMs – both conceptual and practical – including vendor and model ecosystem awareness.
- Background in automation or workflow platforms is a plus, but not required.
Skills & Attributes
- Technically credible with the ability to whiteboard AI solution architectures, critique model choices, and assess integration approaches.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to shape GTM direction and zoom in to support critical deals or roadmap feedback.
- Exceptional communicator – able to translate complex AI topics into actionable narratives for executives, field teams, and product leaders.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving space; thrives as a team of one but drives impact at scale through influence.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel occasionally (~10-20%) to support strategic customer engagements, field enablement sessions, or internal meetings.
- Passion for AI and a hunger to help shape how enterprises apply it in the real world.
- Role is fully remote
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected.
We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes.
