Brooksource seeks experienced Business Analysts to support a large-scale enterprise system modernization initiative. The role focuses on business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration rather than software development.

Ideal candidates will have strong business process modeling skills, SME interview facilitation, and experience with cloud-adoption and modernization programs within large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years BA experience, including at least 3 years in the last 7 years.
• Experience documenting complex business processes and system interactions.
• Experience with standard templates, formats, and notation for process docs.
• Strong ability to facilitate SME interviews, requirements gathering, walkthroughs, and validation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to create detailed process diagrams.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams.
• Experience in governance environments with reviews and change control.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update business process interaction models using PowerPoint.
• Document complex workflows and system interactions across departments.
• Facilitate SME interviews, walkthroughs, and validation sessions.
• Review existing process docs to identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and PMs to maintain documentation standards.
• Manage multiple deliverables, incorporate feedback, and secure approvals.
• Maintain project trackers and provide status updates.
• Identify project risks, gaps, and documentation issues.
