- Manage multiple deliverables, incorporate review feedback, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Maintain project trackers, provide status updates, and meet established project deadlines.
- Identify and escalation project risks, process gaps, and documentation issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years of experience within the past 7 years.
- Proven experience documenting complex business processes and system interactions within large organizations.
- Experience developing business process documentation using established templates, formats, and notation standards.
- Strong experience facilitating SME interviews, requirements-gathering sessions, process walkthroughs, and validation meetings.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, including creating detailed process and system interaction diagrams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams.
- Experience working within structured project governance environments involving formal reviews, deliverable approvals, and change control.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining accurate tracking and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale legacy system replacement, enterprise transformation, or cloud modernization initiatives.
- Experience in workers' compensation, insurance claims, benefits administration, or regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques, including BPMN, swimlane diagrams, and workflow mapping.
- Business analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
- Previous experience supporting government agencies or other public-sector organizations.
