Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for a Business Process Analyst.

Description

Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as a Business Process Analyst. These positions are located in Springfield, VA. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and the willingness and ability to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

Responsibilities

• Examine testing processes and workflows to establish methods to improve or automate workflows.
• Facilitate process workshops and document information using process maps and business requirement documents.
• Serve as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance, conduct process mapping, and identify internal inefficiencies.
• Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and technical/non-technical audiences; strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Experience with testing processes and a deep knowledge of process management during tech rollouts.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
• Contribute to complex projects and conduct root cause analysis to develop technical solutions.

Desired Skills

• Mid-level experience in Business Process Analysis or related fields, with the ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
