Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for a Jr. Business Process Analyst.

Description

Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as a Jr. Business Process Analyst. These positions are located in Springfield, VA. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

Responsibilities

• Examine testing processes and workflows to establish methods to improve or automate workflows.
• Facilitate process workshops and document information using process maps and business requirement documents.
• Serve as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance, conduct process mapping, and identify internal inefficiencies.
• Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and technical/non-technical audiences; strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience with basic knowledge of Business Process Analysis, seeking guidance when facing challenges, and able to take direction to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
• A self-starter who knows when to seek guidance from senior employees and management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Junior-level experience in Business Process Analysis or related fields, with the ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• 0-3 years of experience in disciplines such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
