Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead business process design and solution architecture for a modernization initiative supporting Illinois’ Department of Children and Family Services. The role focuses on aligning Dynamics 365 solutions with organizational goals, integrating systems, and driving transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process design aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Develop scalable, secure solution architecture and integration plans.
• Gather and translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 functional specifications.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and technical teams.
• Oversee system integration with ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms.
• Establish best practices for governance, security, and system optimization.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies.
• Lead Dynamics 365 implementation projects and manage risk mitigation.

Required Skills:

• Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (ERP and CRM).
• Strong business process mapping and solution architecture skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Knowledge of data governance, regulatory compliance, and security.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and call center transformation projects.
