Job summary

ECS is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Business Process Analyst to gather requirements, map workflows, and support automation and system solutions. This role is remote, with work across business areas and collaboration with senior analysts and project leads.

Responsibilities include documenting current-state processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, writing user stories and requirements, and supporting system rollouts. A strong foundation in BPMN and automation tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Working knowledge of BPMN or similar process modeling tools.
• Exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

This role works closely with senior analysts and project leads, taking ownership of defined process areas while building toward more strategic responsibilities.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $120,000

Desired Skills

• Entry-level certification (e.g., ECBA, CCBA) or progress toward CBAP.

Level of Autonomy

Works under supervision on defined projects; escalates ambiguous or cross-functional issues to senior staff.
