Job summary

Everforth ECS in the United States is seeking a Mid-Senior Business Process Analyst to gather requirements, map workflows, and support automation initiatives remotely. You will work with senior analysts and project leads, owning defined process areas while advancing toward more strategic responsibilities.

Responsibilities include documenting current-state processes, conducting stakeholder interviews, creating BPMN maps, and supporting system rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Working knowledge of BPMN or similar process modeling tools.
• Exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
