V Group Inc. is supporting the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) Transformation Management Office (TMO) by sourcing a Business Process Analyst (BPA) on a 12-month contract.

The BPA will lead process analysis, performance management, and stakeholder coordination to advance finance-related strategic initiatives. Key activities include gathering SOPs, conducting gap and risk analyses, building dashboards, and ensuring alignment with agency goals.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Analysis & Improvement:
  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate information related to agency business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to standardize, streamline, and improve operations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to improve processes, systems, SOPs, workforce utilization, and management functions.
  • Strategic Initiative & Project Support:
  • Support the planning, coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, and completion of finance-related strategic initiatives.
  • Create, develop, and maintain project plans, milestones, action items, and supporting project management tools.
  • Coordinate with initiative leads, sponsors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify blockers, risks, and issues and support their resolution.
  • Escalate concerns and risks when appropriate.
  • Feasibility, Risk & Optimization Analysis:
  • Analyze and evaluate proposed business process changes before implementation.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses.
  • Develop optimization strategies to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations based on data, process findings, stakeholder input, and operational requirements.
  • Performance Management & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain performance management dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Track and report KPIs, milestones, risks, and strategic initiative progress.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely performance information for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support executive-level reporting and decision-making activities.
  • Change Management:
  • Apply change management practices in accordance with agency and TMO guidance.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, and adoption activities associated with process, system, and operational changes.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure assigned activities and deliverables comply with applicable federal, state, and agency requirements and documented guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, reports, recommendations, SOPs, and implementation materials.
  • Ensure documentation supports successful implementation and long-term sustainability.
  • Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, workgroups, and other collaborative activities.
  • Serve as an independent or neutral facilitator when beneficial.
  • Engage professionally with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills:
