Job summary

Protiviti is offering an internship across Finance Performance Management, Financial Reporting Remediation & Compliance, People & Change, or Supply Chain & Operations. You will work in person at Protiviti offices and on client sites in Los Angeles, with travel as needed.

Gain hands-on training, interact with leaders across the practice, and complete project experiences assigned by Talent Managers based on career growth, skills, and business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, PM, Supply Chain, or a related business major.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of internship.
Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and GenAI.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to apply critical thinking and innovation to client engagements across various industries.
Technical proficiency aligned to the assigned capability area.
Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
Creative and analytical approach.
Growth mindset and contribution to meaningful outcomes.

Participate in committees, employee network groups, and social, civic, and networking activities.
Work in one of four areas: Finance Performance Management, Financial Reporting Remediation & Compliance, People & Change, or Supply Chain & Operations.
Work in person at local Protiviti offices and on client sites, including local or out-of-state travel based on project and client needs.
Complete work in the designated location during business hours for the entire internship.
