• Help clients in finance, operations, people and change
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions to complex business problems
• Gain experience across different industries and develop technical, professional, and leadership capabilities
• Participate in Liftoff with Protiviti, an award-winning onboarding live-virtual experience with gamification
• Attend The Intern Challenge experiential learning course
• Work across various industries and engage in internal initiatives
• Receive hands-on training and interact with leaders across the practice
• Complete project experiences assigned by Talent Managers based on career growth, skills, and business needs
• Participate in committees, employee network groups, and social, civic, and networking activities
• Work in one of four areas: Finance Performance Management; Financial Reporting Remediation & Compliance; People & Change; or Supply Chain & Operations
• Work in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, with possible local or out-of-state travel based on projects and client requests
• Complete work in the designated location during business hours for the entire internship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, or other business majors)
• Authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of internship
• Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
• Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
• Works effectively in teams, as well as independently
• Creative and analytical approach
• Experience evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and information
• Growth mindset and ability to contribute to meaningful outcomes
• Seeks feedback and guidance to strengthen performance
• Drive towards obtaining professional certifications and a strong academic background
• Foundation in accounting and finance processes and objectives
• Ability to document findings and share recommendations
• Entry level knowledge of organizational operations processes and objectives
• Must be 18 years of age at the time of the internship
• Successful completion of a background check required as a condition of employment
