State Fund’s Enterprise Procurement unit has an exciting opening for a Business Partner Procurement Services Analyst. In this role, you’ll take the lead in triaging Enterprise Procurement requests amongst a team of dynamic individuals who provide quality assistance and support to our business partners and facilitate the Contingent Workforce Program.

We are seeking an organized and customer service oriented individual. This role is a part of the front-line staff who support internal stakeholders with procurement requests for strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and contingent workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage Enterprise Procurement case management system to provide quality and timely responses to our business partners
  • Partner with business units to understand procurement needs and triage their requests.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the Contingent Workforce Management Program, noticing the Union, reviewing background checks, and executing SOWs.
  • And perform Business Partner outreach for Expiring Contracts and feedback.
Our Procurement team operates remotely Statewide, with occasional travel required to various sites and locations.
