Dow Jones - Leadership Institute seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager to build and govern KPI dashboards, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives across Membership Sales, Finance, Marketing and Sponsorship. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, AI tooling, and post‑acquisition integration workstreams.

You will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations and collaborate with finance partners to support the annual budget cycle, while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, or consulting.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership with deadlines.
• Experience with M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• Experience onboarding or managing strategic vendors or partners.
• Strong skills in Excel/BI tools and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to distill complex metrics for senior leaders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish division-wide dashboards and track KPIs.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences and governance.
• End-to-end cross-functional strategic project delivery.
• Support due diligence and post-acquisition integration workstreams.
• Evaluate strategic partners and vendor relationships.
• Lead AI tooling adoption and automate processes.
• Support annual budget planning with finance partners.
• Identify efficiencies and reduce operational friction.
