The City of Dallas seeks a Manager - Business to provide comprehensive management of the department's financial, budgetary, and administrative functions to meet goals in a cost-efficient and effective manner.

You will supervise staff, oversee budgeting, accounting, internal controls, and reporting, and coordinate with city leadership to ensure compliant operations and strong business services for the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or Management field.
• Five years of experience in purchasing/procurement, budgeting, accounting, financial analysis/reports and/or revenue collections.
• Three years of supervisory/management responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Manages, oversees, supervises, and supports staff across department business needs; oversees financial, accounting and budgeting processes; leads budget development, implementation and monitoring, audits, grants management, and vendor relations.
• Identifies and implements changes to improve operations and department-wide administrative control and management; oversees department technology needs.
